Much loved fantastic cat needs new home in LUTWYCHE, Queensland for sale

Male cat three years old this week desperately needs a new home. We bought him from the rspca as a kitten and from day one he has been amazing and unique.
Unfortunately now we cannot find any affordable rentals allowing pets. After much thought we decided that finding him a better forever home will be best for him.
His name is Castiel (Cas for short) and he is simply an amazing cat. He is extremely well toilet trained, plays fetch for hours (even by himself if we are too tired), loves to splash in his tiny pool on the balcony and watch the plants be watered.
He is not the most cuddly of cats and won't sit on your lap for hours. He will, however give you cuddles when you wake up and sit by your side all day.
His ideal home is one where he is exclusively indoors and has no other cats.
He is desexed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, toilet trained, playful, protective, smart (sits on comand), and loving. he is vet checked twice yearly and the vet says he is the healthiest cat he's seen.
Cas will come with his own bedding, food bowls, scratching posts (2), and covered kitty litter tray. Whatever food and litter is left over will go too.
