Modern bedroom in Windsor in LUTWYCHE, Queensland for sale
Hi all
We?re looking someone to fill the third room in our townhouse in Windsor in early October. Our flatmate is moving back to Melbourne for work-related reasons so we need somebody to take his room.
The house:
The house is in a great location as it is close to the train station and the city is only 4kms away. The house itself is a modern tri-level townhouse with three bedrooms, AC throughout, BIR etc. The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom you'll be moving into. We?re looking for someone long-term. Bills will be shared including gas, electricity and internet (water included in rent).
The other housemates:
We?re two male professionals in our mid-twenties. We?re both easy going, quite social and well-travelled.
What we?re looking for:
Preferably someone around the same age (i.e. 20?s) who we have a bit in common with. Not too phased whether you?re male or female. Really just want someone who we get along with to make for a happy house and all the other stuff goes without saying.
